Esiphambanweni Milling Company, based in Hluthi, has generously donated 20 (50kg) bags of Braai pap mealie meal for the upcoming 8th edition of the Embiveni Biggest Braai event.
According to Wonder Mdluli, the Chief Executive Officer of Esiphambanweni Milling Company, the decision to contribute to this event was driven by a commitment to support elderly citizens in Eswatini who are members of the charity organization. “It is our pleasure as Esiphambanweni Milling to support the charity-inspired hand of Indlovukati, the mother of the Nation, who has taken it upon herself to cater to the needs of the elderly. We know that by giving to charity we are not losing, as God always blesses the hand that gives,” Mdluli stated during a press conference held in Manzini.
Notably, several sponsors have stepped forward to support this event. Eswatini Meat Industries, Eswatini Bets (Ebet), Village Baker, and Manzini Municipality have all contributed to the charitable cause championed by Her Majesty, the Indlovukati.
The Chairman of the Philani Maswati Charity Organisation, Lutfo Dlamini, expressed gratitude while holding the donated mealie meal. “Our hands are still open to as many sponsors as possible, as there are many projects that the organization is planning to accomplish to make the lives of the elderly citizens better,” said Dlamini.
This event showcases the community’s collective effort to improve the well-being of elderly citizens in Eswatini, with contributions from various businesses and organizations playing a crucial role.
